We may retain account, transaction, payout, security, download, and other marketplace records for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain accurate business and accounting records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce agreements, and satisfy applicable legal obligations.

Some transaction or accounting records may need to be retained even if an account is suspended or no longer actively used.

We use administrative and technical measures intended to protect marketplace accounts and information. No website, network, or storage system can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and should contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.
